Return Policy

Free returns on all products. We just have a few requirements.

1. Must be in the same condition that you received it. Tags must still be intact.

2. Within 30 days of the day you purchased the item.

3. The customer is responsible for getting the item back to Value Vault. You can either pay to ship it back to us or drop it off at our physical location located at 2600 W 4700 S Taylorsville Ut. 84219.

The only exception to this is if we make a mistake in fulfilling your order then Value Vault will be responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with correcting the mistake.
